Our certificate is absolutely beautiful. Michelle was very kind in helping us figure out what we wanted in the decoration, and took real pains to make sure we had the certificate in time for our wedding. We are thrilled with the final result!

I bought a Quaker marriage certificate. Based on some of the other reviews I had read, it really came down to the wire for some people waiting for their certificates (a day or two before their wedding) so I tried to avoid that by starting the process a little earlier than necessary, but that was still what ended up happening to me as well. And it was delivered a day later than the guaranteed delivery so that was fun. Michelle gave lots of updates and would double check to make sure she understood our ideas. But often she would give me a timeframe for watercolor finished, ready to ship, etc and that date would come and go without anything actually happening. Otherwise the certificate turned out beautifully and was far more magnificent to finally see in person rather than just through photo updates. Her work is amazing!

Absolutely stunning work. Michelle was able to take two pictures and make exactly what I had in mind! She was wonderful with feedback and updates (I was very nervous and asked lots of questions). The package shipped right away and was here two days later. I was worried about shipping but shouldn't have been. The painting was in sturdy paper backed by cardboard and wrapped in more paper -- with my name and address written so beautifully I don't want to throw it away! If I ever need something like this (or anything else she does) again I will absolutely be back and highly recommend using her to anyone who is considering it.

We can't say enough nice things about Michelle's wonderful work! Talk about custom! She worked with us on layout, font, design - even the type of tree! She was very helpful along the way and the final result was beautiful. We can't wait to have it hanging on our wall. If you are considering buying a piece of work, do it! You won't regret it!

I made a custom order at quite short notice but it was made ready & shipped internationally extremely quickly, with regular & great updates on how the work was progressing. As for the bespoke parchment itself, it's absolutely beautifully crafted & everything I wanted from the order.
