This is the second sculpture purchased from the shop and it's an adorable little sculpture that'll be very much enjoyed by the human tennis player counterpart shortly. I appreciate very much how the shop owner runs a very tight ship, you will too.

This is my third sculpture purchase from the shop so far. It's a great shop and I couldn't ask for anything more; short of the pieces being donated that is.

Refunds and Exchanges
I will gladly replace any item that is damaged but I request your patience to wait for the replacement. Pls. note that minor imperfections (e.g. superficial scratches) are inherent in metal and in no way affect the quality of the sculpture. They are not considered defects or damages.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please handle all sculptures with care! Sharp edges are intrinsic to the design so please be careful. Protection pads are placed under most of the bases but sculptures without the base could scratch delicate furniture or table tops.

You might also find answers below to common questions regarding these whimsical sculptures. If not, please feel free to convo me:

1. Can I use water to clean the sculpture?

As sculptures are made of metal, please do not use water for cleaning.
THESE SCULPTURES ARE INTENDED FOR THE INDOORS ONLY. Please
avoid exposure to moisture.

2. How do I clean the sculpture?

The sculpture should be cleaned with a soft dry cloth. Please do not use water &
other liquids, abrasives or chemicals for cleaning as the sculpture will get rusted
or damaged.

3. The sculpture I got was not the same as the one on your list.

I try to take pictures of new sculptures, but sometimes, stock photos may have
been used in some listings. The design is still the same but because of the
handmade process, minimal differences could not be avoided (e.g. tilt of the
head, curve of the elbow, no. of hair strands, etc.).

4. Can I request for a custom design?

Unfortunately, custom orders are not accepted at the moment, due to the time
and process involved. But if you are looking for a sculpture that has already been
purchased, please convo me as I repeat some designs. And I might just have
what you are looking for available and just waiting to be listed.

5. The sculpture I received has some scratches. I want to return it.

Please note that due to the material used, hairline scratches and other minor
imperfections are unavoidable and are not considered as damage or defect
so returns are not accepted. However, sculptures with obvious workmanship
defects will be replaced.
