Frequently asked questions
When will my item be ready? When will it ship? When can I expect it? I need to change my shipping address at the last minute can you do that?

All items will be ready to ship on the posted "Ready to ship by" date. Each round of changes, extra time needed for approval or to send info, or a qty of more than 1 listing will add 1 or more days. Ready to ship by date will be adjusted accordingly.

If you need an item in hand in 5 b. days, please only purchase if Ship by date+ maximum posted shipping time is 4 b. days or less - please allow at least 1 extra day for shipping delays.

Only USPS Express is guaranteed by day shipping service. Please make sure to upgrade to Express if you need an item in hand with less than 5 b. days allotted for shipping.

Buyer is responsible to make sure item is purchased in time and is on track for timely delivery.

There is a $2 fee to change address.

What is included in my order?

Each listing provides a detailed description of what will be included. Please read that before contacting me. I will gladly customize your order to include a box, an extra insert, or anything else you may need - for an additional fee. Please inquire.
Each customizable listing includes a digital proof and one round of changes, unless otherwise specified. Any additional rounds of edits would be an additional cost of $10 each round. Please submit all information together, in one convo - make sure the text submitted is final and complete. I do not offer editing, writing or proofreading - I merely offer to format the text you send to fit my layout. I need all text sent as text I can copy/paste - not as an attachment such as pdf, jpeg or Word.

Can I RUSH my order? Can you take pictures of it before sending? Can you change the design to something else I want/use different paper?

Some individual items are already listed with rush option. For others, please contact me BEFORE placing an order if you need an item faster than the posted "Ready to ship by date". If schedule allows, rush is possible - a RUSH fee will be added to your order.
All customized items need at least 2 b. days for layout and production. For fastest delivery, please upgrade shipping to Express.

It is customer's responsibility to keep track of ship by date & shipping speed purchased. Changes to layout/additional time needed to approve will add one or more b. days to schedule.

What is included is in description. Please don't ask for extras such as photos of finished work/font style not on my chart/ different design/custom item not already listed.

I wrote to you 6 months ago with what I wanted but I did not repeat it when I actually ordered. I have sent well over 2 dozen convos to clarify my needs. So how come you didn't follow through?

ALL customization info should be sent in one convo, in "Notes to shop", or in the personalization box WHEN THE ORDER IS PLACED. If there are multiple convos/threads, or requests from more than a couple of days before, please make sure to combine and RESEND all requests in ONE CONVO. My pricing is based on receiving all info in ONE place. It is not based on having to find the info in dozens of convos with bits and pieces in several threads.

What you approve is what will be printed - buyer is responsible to make sure all requests are in final layout.

Please do not send dozens of questions even before placing an order. Please read info already provided first. Too many convos will slow the process and leave less time for actual work.

What shipping speeds do you offer?

Standard shipping is 1-7 b. days on average, but may take longer.
Expedited/Priority is 1-3 b. days on average, but may take longer.
USPS Express is guaranteed 1-2 b. days.

If you need an item in hand guaranteed, and there are 4 b. days or less for shipping, please upgrade shipping to USPS Express - that is the only service guaranteed to get your item to you in time. Ready to ship by dates are no longer shortened to meet a tighter deadline - items will ship on the day as posted. Please order accordingly and please make sure to stay on track. Extra rounds edits, delays in providing info or approval, or ordering larger quantities will push ready to ship by date out.

UPS Ground is available by request (1-5 b. days guaranteed).

How can I send customization info?

Please send all your customization info when you place your order in the personalization textbox, or in a separate convo. I do not proofread or edit, I merely copy/paste/format the wording you send. Please also send your font/color specifications at the same time. I prefer one convo to several.
Please send wording as text I can copy/paste - not as a jpeg or pdf attachment. Please do not send it as a separate email with Word attachment - I do not open those. If you send wording with detailed font style/color directions, please make sure to send a clean copy of the text as well. Please do not send too complicated requests like exact and frequently changing font sizes to follow through.

Can I return an item for full refund?

Customized items are non-returnable/non-refundable. Not accepting delivery/having an item returned to sender is considered an unauthorized return - no refund will be issued. If you are not around for delivery or have issues with delivery please contact your local USPS/UPS before contacting me. If wrong address was used please try to "intercept" while en route. Once it is returned, expect to pay to reship.

All non-customized items please contact me for return authorization. Unless damaged before delivery, a 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Shipping is non-refundable. Items not in original condition, returns after 14 days, returned to sender by USPS/UPS, or unauthorized returns are subject to 50% or more restocking fee.

What do you mean by "custom"? /I want to add an image I have or alter the design, can I do that? / I found this great poem or lyric, can you print it? /

By "custom" I mean a layout created with your own wording and font style/color choices from the provided charts.
"Custom" does not mean altering my existing designs, matching colors to something I do not offer, or altering someone else's design to fit on my items.

I do not offer to add a customer provided image to my layouts. Please contact me before placing an order. I do not print photos, but if you have your own monogram or design to print, I'd be happy to do so for an extra fee.

My customization info changed/it arrived damaged, can I return it?

Custom made items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Special circumstances:
If the venue changed and you need to find a new one, if the wedding was rescheduled, please contact me asap. It may be possible to cancel an order if it has not gone to production yet, minus a restocking fee. After production has started, the order will ship, however I might be able to offer a deduction for a reprint.

If the item arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept it. For other damages I will need a signed affidavit and the item sent back at buyer's expense. I will not issue a refund but I will exchange the damaged item.

I want you to add a notecard from me/ add custom wording to the scrolls sold as blanks/add different wording to one of the invitations in the set/need this before the estimated delivery date/ customize the scroll that states up to 2 pages only with text that is 3 pages long.

Please don't ask me for extras - do not ask me to include a free custom printed notecard/ to provide free layout work/upgrade shipping at my expense/try and fit text that is too long without paying for a larger scroll.

My listings are priced to include only what is detailed in the description. Please do not ask for extras just because I am a one person business. If you do wish for something additional, please extend the courtesy to ask before purchasing so I can consider
your request, point you to a different listing, or set up a listing with rush fee - without the added work of having to cancel an order and issue a refund.
