Frequently asked questions
When will my item be ready? When will it ship? When can I expect it? Can I change my shipping address?

Items will ship on the "Ready to ship by" date issued when order is placed. Item should be expected by last "estimated" day of delivery. Production will not be rushed to meet an earlier deadline.

Each round of changes, extra time needed for approval, or a qty of more than 1 listing will add 1 or more days to production; ship by date will be adjusted.

NO ORDER WILL BE REFUNDED IF SHIPPED ON TIME BUT DELIVERED LATE. Only USPS Express is guaranteed - shipping will be refunded if delivered late. All other shipping speeds are estimates - shipping will not be refunded if delivery is delayed. Delivery delays do happen and can take several days or longer - plan accordingly.

Updating address/shipping speed is not possible once order is placed.

What is included in my order?

Each listing provides a detailed description of what will be included. Please read that before contacting me. I will gladly customize your order to include a box, an extra insert, or anything else you may need - for an additional fee. Please inquire.
Each customizable listing includes a digital proof and one round of changes, unless otherwise specified. Any additional rounds of edits would be an additional cost of $10 each round. Please submit all information together, in one convo - make sure the text submitted is final and complete. I do not offer editing, writing or proofreading - I merely offer to format the text you send to fit my layout. I need all text sent as text I can copy/paste - not as an attachment such as pdf, jpeg or Word.

Can I RUSH my order? Can you take pictures of it before sending? Can you change the design? Can you use different materials?

Some individual items are already listed with rush option. For others, please contact me BEFORE placing an order if you need it before the posted "Ready to ship by date". If schedule allows, rush is possible - a RUSH fee will be added to your order.
All customized items need at least 2 b. days for RUSH layout and production. For fastest delivery, please upgrade shipping to Express.

It is customer's responsibility to keep track of ship by date & shipping speed purchased. Changes to layout/additional time needed to approve will add one or more b. days to schedule.

What is included is in description. I am unable to offer extras such as photos of finished work, color or font style not on the chart, or different design, box or other material.

I have a poem/lyrics/text, can you print it on a scroll/handkerchief? Can you add my logo or an image I will send you?

The individual message scrolls and all other items I sell are strictly for personal messages only. I only offer to print if customer can legally state in writing they wrote all of the text.

If the text can be found with Google Search, it will be considered copyright protected, whether it is a "Celtic blessing", an Irish folk song, in the public domain, expired copyright or actual copyright. The order will be canceled.

I make and sell scrolls. I do not offer to research and evaluate nuances of copyright ownership.

Printing copyright protected text is against the law. Pleases do not ask me to risk breaking it.

I do not offer to customize my listings with customer provided artwork at this time, such as logos, illustrations or photos.

What shipping speeds do you offer? I already placed the order, but I must have the item sooner than the expected delivery date?

Standard shipping is 1-7 b. days on average, but may take longer.
Expedited/Priority is 1-4 b. days on average, but may take longer.
USPS Express is guaranteed 1-2 b. days.

Ready to ship by dates cannot be shortened to meet a tighter deadline. If the expected delivery date does not work for you, please do not order. Extra rounds of edits, delays in providing info or approval, observed holidays, or ordering larger quantities will push ready to ship by dates out.

How can I customize my order?

Please follow customization instructions - pricing is based on that. Retyping handwritten text, completing info, proofreading, removing text that should not be printed, changing all caps to lower case is NOT included - I only format the wording. All info including font/color choices should be sent in the personalization textbox, or in a separate message.
Please send wording as text I can copy/paste. Attachments (jpeg, pdf, Word) are not acceptable. If you send wording with detailed font style/color directions, please make sure to send a clean copy of the text as well.
All info should be sent in one single Message, with clear and specific customization requests. Too many or vague messages make customization requests difficult to follow.

Can I return an item for full refund?

Customized items are non-returnable/non-refundable. Not accepting delivery/having an item returned to sender is considered an unauthorized return - no refund will be issued. If you are not around for delivery or have issues with delivery please contact your local USPS/UPS before contacting me. If wrong address was used please try to "intercept" while en route. Once it is returned, expect to pay to reship.

Can you create a special listing for me if you do not have the quantity I need listed?

I'd be happy to set-up a custom listing for a quantity I do not have listed. Invitations have a minimum of 10 except for large boxed invitations which have a minimum of 25. Invitation sets are sold in increments of 5. A listing created just for you will be listed for one week after your request, after which it will be deactivated - please only request the listing if you are ready to order within a couple of days. Due to current material shortages, shipping delays and frequent price increases, estimates provided for quantity pricing will be guaranteed for 1 month only, after which they are subject to price changes and/or availability of materials. Once an order is placed, it cannot be held for more than 2 weeks beyond scheduled ship by date.

My customization info changed/it arrived damaged, can I return it for a full refund?

Custom made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If your wording must be changed please do so before layout is approved by you. Once the layout is approved, it is not possible to change the wording or cancel production. Refunds will not be offered.

If the item arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept it and submit a complaint with the USPS. For all other damages I will need a signed affidavit and the item sent back at buyer's expense. I will not issue a refund but I will exchange the damaged item.

I want you to add a notecard from me/ add custom wording to the scrolls sold as blanks/add different wording to one of the invitations in the set/need this before the estimated delivery date/ customize the scroll that states up to 2 pages only with text that is 3 pages long.

My listings are priced to include only what is detailed in the description. Please do not ask for extras. If you do need something different, please ask before placing the order, so I can consider your request, point you to a different listing, or set up a listing with rush fee - without the added work of having to cancel an order and issue a refund.
