Welcome to Artful Hounds. Thank you for enjoying my art whether it be purchasing or just admiring! If you have any questions about ordering, don't hesitate to ask.
Please note that I can do other breeds of dogs, cats or other animals on request. If you are interested in a custom design please contact me for details and pricing.
Most items shown are in-stock unless specified "made-to-order". The time frame on made-to-order items is usually around 3-4 weeks to complete but may be longer if I'm back-logged. This usually is the case around the holidays or if I'm getting ready for a show. If you have any questions about items, just send me a message for more information.
Many of my designs can be made to order in Tri color, Red/White, Black Tri or Lemon/White Basset coloring. If you like a design but it's not shown in the Basset color you want, contact me and I can make one up for you. Please allow at least two weeks for orders since I hand cut and paint them myself.
BTW: I do ship International via U.S. Post office. Please email me with your zip code so I can figure the correct shipping cost to your country, and let me know which item or items you are interested in. Thank you!

Below are guidlines to my shop and will hopefully answer any questions that you may have about shipping, etc.
Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
Payment
Payment is required within 48hrs. of your purchase (unless other arrangement have been made for a custom piece). If you should need to cancel a purchase, please let me know and your purchase will be cancelled. If you are paying by money order, please mail as soon as possible as your purchase will not be shipped until payment is received. If your money order is not received within 10 days, your purchase will be cancelled unless other arrangements have been made ahead of time. I will contact you before cancelling purchase.
Shipping
I generally ship via FedEx ground for orders within the US. I also ship via US Post Office for smaller packages. Please contact me if other shipping arrangements are prefered.
P.O. Box addresses will be shipped via the US Pose Office as FedEx does not ship to P.O.Boxes.
International orders: I will ship anywhere on the planet that the US post office ships to. Let me know and I will calculate the cost of shipping to your country.
I do combine shipping. Let me know if you have more than one purchase that can be shipped together to save you in shipping costs.
