    Many of my designs can be made to order in Tri color, Red/White, Black Tri or Lemon/White Basset coloring. If you like a design but it's not shown in the Basset color you want, contact me and I can make one up for you. Please allow at least two weeks for orders since I hand cut and paint them myself.

    If you are interested in a custom Basset design or another dog breed, cat or animal, please contact me for details and pricing.

    BTW: I do ship International via U.S. Post office. Please email me with your zip code so I can figure the correct shipping cost to your country, and let me know which item or items you are interested in. Thank you!

    Welcome to my Artful Hounds shop. My hope is to bring a smile to all who enter here and that you will enjoy all my special characters. I design, cut, and paint all of my pieces myslef. High grade materials are used in all of my creations. With a little care, these decorations are designed to last for many years to come.

    Below are guidlines to my shop and will hopefully answer any questions that you may have about shipping, etc.

    Returns and exchanges
    If you are not happy with any Artful Hounds purchase, a refund will be given, once the item is returned (at your expense), for the amount of purchase excluding shipping.
    Payment
    California residence please add 8% sales tax to your order, (this may be automatically calculated when you check out).
    Payment is required within 48hrs. of your purchase (unless other arrangement have been made for a custom piece). If you should need to cancel a purchase, please let me know and your purchase will be cancelled. If you are paying by money order, please mail as soon as possible as your purchase will not be shipped until payment is received. If your money order is not received within 10 days, your purchase will be cancelled unless other arrangements have been made ahead of time. I will contact you before cancelling purchase.
    Shipping
    I ship "in stock" items 1-3 business days (not counting weekends and holidays) from when payment is received. Made to Order items ship in apx. 2-3 weeks after payment is recieved depending on the item ordered and back-log.

    I generally ship via FedEx ground for orders within the US. I also ship via US Post Office for smaller packages. Please contact me if other shipping arrangements are prefered.

    P.O. Box addresses will be shipped via the US Pose Office as FedEx does not ship to P.O.Boxes.

    International orders: I will ship anywhere on the planet that the US post office ships to. Let me know and I will calculate the cost of shipping to your country.

    I do combine shipping. Let me know if you have more than one purchase that can be shipped together to save you in shipping costs.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    I do custom designs and also custom painting on an exsisting design for an additional fee. Please contact me for more info.

    Also, I have a lot of different holiday basset designs. If your interested in a particular holiday, contact me and I will send you pictures of the different designs I have.
