Returns and exchanges
Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Once I receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.

Due to the nature of the work involved, custom, personalized items cannot be returned.
Payment
Payment is due immediately via PayPal, a safe and secure method for online transactions.

Texas residents will pay 8.25% tax on their purchase as required by law.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Tracking numbers are given when they are available domestically. Please contact me if you are interested in insurance for your package.

All custom duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and Artful Rising accepts no responsibility for those taxes or delays.
