How are orders shipped?

All orders are shipped with USPS and have a tracking number.

What can I do if I have not received my order?

Please allow at least two weeks before contacting us about a lost order, in case it is just delayed and not actually lost. Once two weeks have passed and you still have not received it, please contact us.

How can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, contact us ASAP. If your order has already been shipped we cannot refund shipping costs.

How can I change my address?

If you submitted an incorrect address, be sure to contact us. You do not need to place a second order since we can update it to the correct address. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the correct address is given. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, it is the customer's responsibility to pay again for the shipping charges.

I live in Miami, can I just pick up my order?

Unfortunately, this is not available at the time. We are solely online based.

My order has been marked as 'delivered' but I haven't received it. Where is it?

This could mean that your order was delivered to the wrong house by mistake. Please give it a couple of days if this occurs, since it usually sorts itself out. If you do not receive it after a couple of days, be sure to contact us.
