Care instructions

Are mugs dishwasher or microwave safe?

We do not recommend either. We use vinyl letters on ceramic mugs and even though we seal them there is always a chance you will ruin your purchased product. We cannot provide refunds to customers who put our mugs in the dishwasher or microwave.

Are any products Animal Tested?

No, all bath and body products are not tested on animals ever. We will never use this as an option either. We use organic safe products.

Can I get lowered shipping?

Unfortunately USPS raises their rates every year. We never over charge and always refund if there happens to be overages.

Is Every mug the same shape?

No. Based on availability some mugs can have a different shape than others. We apologize for this - however it depends on our manufacturing for product availability.
