Payment
PayPal and Credit Card are the payment methods accepted.

Cancellation is possible but please let us know immediately. Orders usually ship within 24 hours after payment is received.

Orders do not ship unless payment is received regardless of the specified ship date.


Customers who pay with a PayPal eCheck are going to experience a delay of approximately 7-10 day wait period until the eCheck clears. Once the eCheck clears the order will ship within 24 hours.

Shipping
• Small packages are normally shipped via U.S Postal Service Ground, which, depending on your location, will normally be delivered in the United States between 1 to 3 business days following shipment, depending on your location.

•Larger and heavier shipments are normally shipped via FedEx, which will normally be delivered in the United States anywhere between 1 to 4 business days following shipment, depending on your location.

Artist4Art Shop will ONLY ship your item once your funds have cleared in our account. In order to avoid delays, please use PayPal’s Direct Bank withdrawal system to eliminate any waiting period. We will usually be able to ship your item within 24 hours of receiving your payment.

If you would like insurance or a different method of shipping then please contact us before purchase and before the shipment process of your item. If there is an adittional charge for your requested extras we will let you know and you will be responsible to pay those extras.

We ship only to a PayPal Confirmed, Verified address. Prior to shipment we will confirm that the shipment address matches the address registered with Etsy. If your Etsy and PayPal addresses do not match and your Etsy shipping address is incorrect then it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the Etsy shipping address. Your order may be delayed as we attempt to contact you to verify the correct shipping address. If you want more than one shipping address in PayPal, it is very easy to update or to register a second address, such as a workplace address.

We may reserve the right not to ship to an address other than the PayPal Confirmed, Verified address.

Once payment is verified we will provide our Customers the tracking number for their item via e-mail to the address provided, the instant it is generated by the Shipper. Artist4Art Shop will notify you via email the moment your item is shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are completely unsatisfied with your product please let us know immediately so we can work something out to make you a satisfied customer. However, in order to keep low prices WE DO NOT accept return or exchanges.

If you order has been processed for shipping, or has shipped, we can not cancel your order.

We are not responsible for loss/damage due the U.S. Postal Service. You will have to make the claim directly with the U.S. Postal Service. However, we strive to make you a satisfied customer so let us know immediately.
If you refuse delivery of a package or attempt to return the package by returning the package to the U.S. Postal Service then it is still considered a "return" and in ored to keep low prices we do not do refunds, returns or exchanges.
