    •Why did you open an Etsy shop?
    Constant encouragement from friends and family to sell my handmade crafts. I finally made the decision when a customer sent me a sweet letter that said "Thank you so much for being super creative! You should do this for a living!"

    •Where is your small business located? ☀️ California

    •Handmade: How do you decide on what supplies to use? When I have a party theme set, I shop at local craft stores to find unique products to create my crafts.

    •Who helps you with your Etsy shop? I do it all!

    •What is unique about your brand?
    When I create party decor, I focus on being different, creative wording, and customizing to match a theme, color scheme and pattern.

    •What is special about your customer service? I will strive to make customers happy and create quality work

    •What inspires your work? I find inspiration EVERYWHERE! I try and take a party theme to a different level and elaborate to create a unique style that will set it apart from any other design. I embrace being different. :)

    Accepted payment methods

    Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
    Returns and exchanges
    I gladly accept exchanges
    Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
    Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
    I don't accept returns or cancellations
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    Returns and exchange details
    If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me so we can work together to find a resolution.

    Party decorations cannot be re-sold and are not returnable unless an error is made when creating your order.

    Shipping is NOT refundable.

    DIGITAL ITEMS: Due to one time use nature of our products, refunds are not available. If you would like another size of product other than stated in the listing description, you must request AT TIME of purchase, NOT after the final item has been sent to you. If you wait until after, an editing fee may apply.

    I accept payment through Etsy Direct Checkout and PayPal. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to make your payment.
    Processing of orders begins once payment has been received.

    Please allow up to 4 WEEKS for your order to be completed. This DOES NOT include shipping time.

    All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

    IMPORTANT - Please verify that your shipping address is entered correctly when making your purchase. If you need to make a correction to your address, please contact me as soon as possible.

    ArtisticAnyaDesigns is not responsible for delays made by USPS due to error, bad weather, or any other unforeseen circumstance.

    I try my best to use the exact paper and color that is shown in the listings. Unfortunately, the high quality brands that I use are continuously making changes to the paper available. If a paper or color is discontinued, I make every effort to find a close replacement.

    COLOR VARIANCES
    ----------------------------

    Please note that the color of your final product may not exactly match what you see on your screen due to variances in how monitors display colors and how printers print the colors. You may also see variances in how colors look on different card stocks as well. Exact color matching is difficult to achieve and cannot be guaranteed.

    DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY & CANNOT BE SHARED OR RESOLD
    Proofs will be sent to your email within 24-48 hrs after receiving all required information from you. Emails will be sent to the address on your Etsy account, unless otherwise specified by you in your order. A high quality jpeg or PDF file will be sent to you for printing.

    All files are sent via email. No physical items are mailed unless otherwise specified.

    Once you confirm your order and that all information is correct, your file will be deleted. If you require edits after your file is deleted, an editing fee will apply. Please proof carefully before confirming.
