Making quality and colorful functional art for your home

Hi, we are Mark and Amy McGraw. We live and work only minutes away from our home in the small and beautiful town of Troy, Ohio. We started our pottery journey as a hobby and release from work stress but due to a few remarkable life altering decisions, we have made this our lifes' passion. Here's how this came about: Mark had previous experience in high school, but work and family came first, so his dream of becoming a potter was put on hold. Less than 6 years ago, as empty nesters, I thought a session at a local teaching studio would be a great Birthday gift. Needless to say, that 6 week course turned into more than one year of classes, the purchase of a pottery wheel, a kiln, a remodeled basement to include a home studio and finally, the purchase of the studio we started at. Yes, this is now our passion. We not only teach others about the many attributes of clay and how to make almost anything your heart desires, but we also produce and sell items that we have made during the time that we aren't teaching, working or enjoying one of our many hobbies.
