Note from shop owner Hello Dear Customers read below,

I am letting you know that last fall, Daniel Smith decided that half pans hand filled by Etsy sellers are a trademark infringement, and has demanded that Etsy start removing the listings. By talking to other Etsy sellers, I was able to determine that my shop was not the only one targeted. 

Our purpose was always to be a positive resource about Daniel Smith's paints, helping artists develop palettes and educating them about their pigments. I didn’t feel like we were infringing on their trademark, especially when we provided colors they didn't have in half pans. It has been very clear on our Etsy site that our pans were handmade. But as a business owner, I also understand their side of it. 

At this point, we have sold off the majority of our Daniel Smith inventory in an effort to transition to selling watercolor art & art glass.

We, because there are several of us here, want to thank all of you for your business. I really enjoyed working with all the artists who reached out to me for help.
