After you download a printable item, the sale is final. There is no way to return it. If there is a particular problem with it, please let me know and I'll discuss with you if I can do anything about it.
IF ORIGINAL ART ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED
If an original art item arrives damaged, please let me know so we can get the insurance paid.
YOUR SATIFACTION
If you are not satisfied with an item, you can exchange it for a similar item and one that is the same price. The exception to this is the downloadable items as stated above. You're important to me, so I am open to discussing any problems with you.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD INSTANT PRINTABLES
After payment is received, you can instantly download the printables. Here is how:
1-- Go to your order number/receipt and look for the "Ready to Download" blue box in the right column.
2-- Look for and click on the highlighted link, "View Your Files".
3-- You'll be taken to a page with all your files.
4-- Click on the "Download" buttons to download each file.
Now, you can print them and make them!
Additional policies and FAQs
I am not an expert on printers or computers, so I won't be able to resolve your problem about printing and color corrections. If you are unable to print it or if your print doesn't look similar to the photos in my shop, I am not responsible for this. You will need to resolve the problem from your end. Please seek advice and help about color corrections and printing elsewhere. Thank you for understanding.

ON WHERE TO BUY MINI BRADS TO ASSEMBLE YOUR PAPER PUPPETS
There are many shapes and colors of mini brads that you can use to assemble your paper puppets. I usually use the round, silver, mini brads. You can purchase them at your local craft store. There are some craft supply stores on Etsy that sell them. Or you can buy them in large quantities for a bulk price like at Crafts for Less. These are the ones I buy and use:
