Returns and exchanges
No refunds unless there are exceptional circumstances. Sorry. These items are handmade, and often custom. I will gladly work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Payment
If payment is not received within 7 days then the transaction will be considered null and void.
Shipping
Shipping will be within 3 business days of payment being received. Maximum of 5. Shipping usually by postal service, unless stated otherwise. Some of my items are electronically delivered (no shipping required).

If I'm more than $1 off in your shipping/box charges, over price paid, I'll refund the difference to you.
