Originally there had been communication problems between me and the seller because the seller had serious health issues and was not able to put her shop into vacation mode. Once the seller became aware of the situation, she apologized and MORE than made up for the problem in the form of extra little perks for me. The necklace is absolutely gorgeous - everything I had expected it to be! I'm big into Kumihimo these days, the colors of the beads are fabulous, and I am also very fond of copper, so how could I go wrong? Laura very graciously redeemed herself in my eyes. And, of course, I'm thrilled with my lovely necklace. Thank you, Laura, for an ultimately satisfying conclusion to the situation.
