Payment
I accept PayPal, Etsy Direct Checkout, and Etsy Gift Cards

► PayPal
By far the easiest, safest way to pay is through Paypal. You can even pay through PayPal by Credit Card or E-Check if you do not have a PayPal account. E-Check payments must clear before shipping which usually takes 3-4 days.

► Sales Tax for Virginia Residents
A 5.3% sales tax will be charged to your order total including shipping and handling.

► Cleared Payment
Payment is due immediately. After 3 days if I haven't received payment or communication I will cancel the sale and re-list the item. Payment MUST be received AND cleared before your order is shipped.
Shipping
► First-Class United States Postal Service
I ship First-Class USPS mail with Delivery Confirmation (now called USPS Tracking) within the US.

► Etsy Address
I will ship ONLY to the address provided through Etsy unless you note otherwise. This means if your PayPal address differs from the address you've provided on Etsy, I will ship to the Etsy provided address. Please use the order notes ("notes to seller") box to let me know any special request or change of shipping address from the address you gave to Etsy.

► Shipping Upgrades
If you need faster service please contact me and specify all of the shipping upgrades you require.

► Gift Shipments
If you are sending an item(s) directly to someone as a gift, I am more than happy to include a gift enclosure card with a special message from you. Just put any special instructions in the ("notes to seller") box (including the name and address of the person you would like the gift to be shipped to) during checkout.

► International Shipping
I DO ship internationally outside the US. Please contact me with your country info and the item(s) you would like to purchase so that I can let you know the cost to ship. First-Class Mail International CANNOT BE TRACKED – there is a slight possibility your shipment could get lost or misdirected or held up it customs. I have absolutely no control over the package once I ship it from the USA and I cannot guarantee when it will be delivered to you. Also, be aware that all items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's laws. You are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges
► Damaged Items
Please contact me right away if your order has been damaged during shipment. It will be your responsibility to return the damaged item(s) in the state you received it within 5 days of receipt of your order.

► Lost Items
If you suspect your order is lost in the mail, it is YOUR responsibility to notify me.

► Case by Case
If you are unhappy for any other reason, refunds and exchanges (minus any shipping costs) are dealt with on a case-by-case basis provided the item is returned to me in like new condition. My final goal is that you be happy with your purchase.

I love trading on Etsy and while I may not be interested in all trade offers, it is always ok to ask (as long as your feelings don't get hurt if I decline!)
