Returns and exchanges
If you're not totally satisfied with anything you purchase, you can return it for a refund.
If for any reason you want to return your order, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your shipment. Your order can be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less shipping fees. You (buyer) are responsible for all return costs, including Delivery Confirmation and insurance.
Payment
I currently accept PayPal and money orders. Payments must be received within 2 days of the sale if paid by PayPal. Please contact me after placing order if you will be paying by an alternative method.
Shipping
Most orders will ship within 24 hours of cleared payment. Please expect an additional 4-7 days if placing a Custom Order.
Insurance is available, at the buyers expense.
I do strongly recommend insuring your purchases. Please contact me prior to payment and I will send you an adjusted invoice to include insurance. I do not include insurance in my shipping fees, I do however carefully package your items for a safe delivery. I can not be held responsible for lost or stolen or damaged shipments do to the responsibility of the Postal Service or Customs.
Please make sure the address that you enter on the Etsy order is the same as your Paypal shipping address. If it is different, please let me know in the notes to seller which one to ship to.
