Payment
I currently accept paypal only. As I grow I will accept more forms of payment. Thank you for your patience.
Shipping
I plan to ship using First Class Mail and will get things in the mail within 3-5 business days barring uncontrollable circumstances. I am still new to the shipping thing and reserve the right to change my policy and pricing. Custom pottery orders will ship in 2-4 weeks after payment is received.

Please make sure the shipping info on your Etsy Receipt matches the shipping info on your Paypal receipt. If these two shipping addresses do not match there may be a delay in shipping. I cannot be responsible for a shipping error if there are 2 different shipping addresses.
Refunds and Exchanges
I hope you enjoy your pieces from The Art Mill. If you have any questions, concerns or comments upon receiving your purchase, please feel free to contact me. Damages or other concerns should be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. I cannot be responsible for any damages not reported within 48 hours of the delivery of the package. Please hold on to all original packing materials if there is a problem with your shipment. A photo of the damages should accompany your contact message.

I want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to make sure you are satisfied. Please contact me with any problems you wish to resolve.

Non-Payments and Cancellation of sales: Custom/Personalized items cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been started. Non-Personalized items (or "in stock" items) will not be processed until payment has been received. If you need to cancel a purchase and they item has not yet shipped, please contact me immediately for refund info. Please note that colors in the art may vary slightly from the images due to different monitors.
