I accept credit & debit card payment via PayPal and Etsy Direct Payments.

I can also accept payment by £GB cheque sent in the post; but cannot ship items until the payment has cleared through my account (usually 7 working days from receipt of cheque).

I can accept bank transfer, but buyers must pay all incurring fees(if any), thanks.

All goods are normally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment, Monday-Friday, sometimes on Saturday too :-)

We pack professionally using multiple layers of bubble-wrap, polystyrene chips, strong boxes and clearly marked 'FRAGILE' all over.

All items are sent via a trackable service:
UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 'Signed For', Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' or UPS. Depending on weight, value etc.

International orders under Royal Mail's 2kg weight limit are sent via their 'International Signed For' service.
Orders over 2kg are sent via Fedex, UPS or Parcel Force.

"With Another Item" shipping: you are more than likely to receive a partial refund, so please don't take too much notice of these extra costs! I will sort it all out once I have wrapped & boxed the items and will contact you.

Additional policies and FAQs

Please be aware that you are buying vintage glassware. I always inspect items in great detail and list any major faults such as cracks & chips in the description. You should expect some age related signs of wear such as very small fine surface scratches/marks. Also many of the items are hand made, they may have small imperfections such as bubbles, inclusions & lumps within the glass and often tool marks from where they have been shaped and worked in the manufacturing process. These are not usually seen by collectors as faults or damage, but as part of the character of hand made glass and are not usually mentioned in the description.
