Art of Sally MacKenzie is a handmade/digital design business. I sell both handmade crafts and graphic design. The dual nature of the business reflects my love of both crafting and graphic design. In the future the products may be split into separate shops, but for now they live happily side by side.

Each bowl and card was handmade in San Diego, California. Digital files and printed cards are created wherever my laptop is located (currently in Sydney, NSW).

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Many of my items are handmade, and can vary in size, color, and shape. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of my items, replacements are available for shipping damage or loss only.

Digital items (wedding stationary) are created to work with printer website templates or standard photo sizes. They are also designed using color modes appropriate for print. However, sizing and colors can vary slightly as a result of the printing process. While I do my best to insure that what you see on the screen is what you get on paper, I cannot be held responsible for changes which occur as a result of the printing process.

TEMPORARY SHIPPING DAMAGE/ LOSS POLICY (In place until further notice):
I am currently living in Sydney, Australia, and have had to leave most of my crafting tools/supplies back in the United States. Any items damaged or lost in shipping can be fully refunded or exchanged for a similar item within my shop. All regular policies regarding claiming refund or exchange are still in effect (see below).

Shipping Damage:
Any items damaged in shipping will earn either a full refund OR a replacement + refund of shipping charges. A replacement item will be shipped within 10 days of your request.* All damage claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of item, and must be accompanied by high quality photos of the damage and shipping materials.

Shipping Loss:
Any items lost in shipping will earn a refund on shipping charges only. A replacement will be shipped within 7 days of your request.* Keep in mind that shipping times can vary due to uncontrollable circumstances (USPS delays, inclement weather, etc.). Please allow 

at least 2 weeks before making a shipping loss claim to make sure your package is indeed lost.

*Please allow an additional 7-10 days from the date of your request for replacement item shipping (I may need time to create a new item for you!).
Payments via credit or debit card (through Paypal) or using an Etsy gift card are accepted.

If you are having trouble with your Paypal account please let me know ASAP. I am happy to work with you, I just need to know.
Items are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. You will receive a confirmation message when I have mailed your order.

My shop is transitioning from the United States to Australia. As a result, some physical items will ship from Australia. These items are labeled in their item descriptions.
US items are shipped via Priority Mail using USPS; Australian items are shipped via Parcel Post/Airmail using Australia Post.

International Customs Fees: Any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. All customs forms will be marked "merchandise."

All items are carefully packaged to avoid damage during shipping. I sometimes reuse shipping materials that are still in excellent condition, and encourage all buyers to reuse or recycle these as well!
