Hello there, thank you for visiting my shop! I am a self taught artist who currently lives in Florida, but I have big dreams of building a art business and moving back to New England, where I am originally from. I love painting with different mediums and exploring different styles. I create with acrylics, watercolor, gouache, and most recently, I’ve been learning digital art. I am completely self taught and I really enjoy teaching myself new art forms. Inspiration comes in many forms for me, I love illustration and children’s books, and my dream would be to have my own children’s book in a cute local book shop somewhere. On the other end of the spectrum, I’m also very inspired by classical oil paintings of renaissance women in thin ,gauzy dresses and flower crowns, I use different art mediums to explore the different artistic sides of myself and all my different inspirations.
I love painting witches. I grew up in a strict anti-Halloween anti-magic household, where I wasn’t allowed to go trick or treating or do anything Halloween related. Now as an adult, Halloween is my favorite holiday, and putting a witches hat and incorporating magic in my art brings me a lot of joy.
Every sale that I make in my Etsy shop means the world to me! I’ve been making art since I was a child, and I never thought I would be able to support myself off it, but after years of working on the bottom level of retail, I realized the only thing I can see myself doing for the rest of my life is painting.
