5 out of 5 starsAbby was a great seller from start to finish! She contacted me minutes after I placed my order, and recognized that I was ordering the mittens as a gift, offering to remove packing slips and adding a nice gift message. And of course, the mittens were AMAZING, recipient was thrilled to get them. Thanks again for the great experience!

5 out of 5 starsWONDERFUL seller!! I had a ton of questions about yarn types, and Abby took the time and answered every single one of them and helped me choose what was right for me. She tailored the scarf to my exact needs, even added extra length for me, and she went above and beyond my expectations! She was quick, I got my scarf fast, and it's so soft and warm! It's beautiful, and I can't wait to show off my Hufflepuff pride! Thank you so much Abby!! You are truly amazing! I recommend her to anyone!! :)

5 out of 5 starsThis wool is just gorgeous!! Abby also uses recycled packaging. I have enough yarn-100% wool-to make a huge shawl, or sweater, or possibly several smaller shawls for far far less than what I would have paid for the yarn elsewhere. This has got to be a labor of love !! Kudos Abby!!! Her patterns are also wonderful, and easily read. Check her site regularly!! You won't be disappointed!

Shop policies
I try to live responsibly and be good to the environment, part of which includes recycling yarn and shipping orders in recycled packaging when possible. (If you would like your shipment in new packaging, let me know in the message to seller section of your checkout.)
When recycling yarn, I find high quality sweaters at thrift shops, rescue them, carefully unravel them, divide them into skeins, wash them, and allow them to air dry. Using recycled yarn is a great way to be good to the environment as well as to knit with fine fibers at a much lower price than new yarns cost. Because of breakage and the fact that it comes from a previously knit sweater, my skeins will not all be even amounts. This is in order to try to give you the longest continuous strand possible.

I also offer some of my patterns for sale here and some for free at www.artohline.wordpress.com.
I expect the best from myself and I pass that quality on to you. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me immediately and I will be happy to work them out with you.
I absolutely love what I do and I hope you love making them, too!
