It's about Art ... on a string
Hello and welcome to Art-On-A-String! My name is June and I live in a little town in beautiful east Texas.
I am a Graphic Designer by trade, and a jewelry artist/designer by self-taught-ed-ness :) It all started when I worked as a Graphic Designer and Advertising Director for a jewelry component company. I simply fell in love with all the stones & textures & colors & shapes and even the tools, used to make up this craft!
Here at Art-On-A-String you will find original jewelry pieces that are all hand crafted by me. I seem to be going through a weaving and macrame period right now, which i'm really enjoying! You may also find (from time to time) interesting art pieces .. and .. oh I don't know, so... let's all be surprised together! What do ya say?
