Welcome to my little shop of illustrations. I am a UK based artist who loves architecture and nature. Enjoy looking around and if you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch.

Accepted payment methods

Shipping
All orders are lovingly wrapped in a plastic sleeve and a board envelope for maximum protection.
All print orders are posted within 3 business days of receiving payment.
UK orders and all original artwork is shipped insured and tracked.
International orders are sent by International Standard but are not insured or tracked unless the upgrade shipping option was chosen.

UK CUSTOMERS :

Print orders are sent 1st Class Signed For and should reach you in 1 - 2 days. Orders are insured and tracked. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been posted.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS :

Prints are shipped by International Standard with an expected delivery between 7 - 10 days. This service is not insured or tracked unless you selected the upgrade shipping option when ordering. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK :

All original artwork is shipped using International Tracked & Signed or Royal Mail Special Delivery and is covered for loss, delay or damage. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been posted. Please note that damaged items (including packaging) will need to be returned to me, at your expense, to claim a full refund. Sadly, damaged or lost original artworks cannot be replaced so a full refund will be given.

CUSTOM ARTWORK :

Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for completion. Images will be emailed to you during the process to ensure that you are completely happy with your custom painting. All original artwork is shipped using International Tracked & Signed or Royal Mail Special Delivery and is covered for loss, delay or damage. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been posted. Please note that damaged items (including packaging) will need to be returned to me, at your expense, to claim a full refund. Refunds and Exchanges
I hope you are completely happy with your artwork but please get in touch if there is a problem with your purchase.

I am happy to offer a refund or replacement if the item you have received is not as described or if the item is faulty.

Postal problems, such as loss, delay or damage, are unfortunately beyond my control so please consider upgrading your shipping option to cover for these eventualities. UK orders, original artwork and custom orders are shipped insured and tracked as standard so you do not need to upgrade shipping. Damaged items (including packaging) will need to be returned to me, at your expense, to claim a full refund. Sadly, original or custom orders cannot be replaced so a full refund will be given.
