About

Art through the generations

I grew up in an artistic family. My mom, cousins and I were always working on some kind of arts or crafts project. As an adult, I was an eclectic crafter - constantly jumping from one thing to another - but always searching for one medium I could feel passionate about. Then in 1997 I found it! A friend's 6-year-old daughter was wearing an amazing, colorful necklace made of chunky beads with vibrant patterns. When I admired it, she said she'd made it in art class at school out of polymer clay. I bought some, started working with it and have been fascinated with its endless possibilities ever since! Carrying on my family tradition of passing down the love of arts and crafts, I have fun making clay projects with my grandkids. I love watching their imaginations at work, and we have a great time together making memories.

Care instructions

♥ HANDMADE POLYMER CLAY creations should last for many years with gentle care and handling. Although not as fragile as glass, clay can break or chip so avoid dropping on hard surfaces and protect from sharp objects which might damage the finish.
-Traveling with jewelry or storing ornaments: enclose in bubble wrap or a soft towel to protect from weight of heavy items.
-Remove pins from clothing before putting in the washing machine.
-Because clay looks like it's edible, it can be mistaken for “doggie treats” or "cookies." Keep out of reach of pets and small children.
-Clean with mild soap and water; dry with a soft towel.
-Keep away from hot areas above 300 degrees i.e. woodstove or radiator.
♥ Follow these simple care tips and enjoy!
