Shop policies

I am in the process of converting to a "stocked customs" shop. This means that I will be stocking custom slots for diapers as an opening in my schedule becomes available. I am doing this so that I can better manage the wait time for my customers. I have been hugely blessed with a very large influx of orders, and want to make sure that I can maintain excellence in both customer service and quality. Custom slots will be stocked each Friday.

I sincerely appreciate your interest in working with me to design a diaper, and hope that you will be able to obtain a slot when it next becomes available. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes you and look forward to working together soon.

I presently accept PayPal. Payment in full is required to reserve space on my custom schedule. In stock items require payment before shipment.
I ship via USPS Priority Mail. If you are interested in another form of shipping, please convo me before ordering.

As I cannot control what happens to your item after it leaves my hands, I strongly encourage you to purchase shipping insurance on your package. For a nominal fee, we can insure your package against loss and damage. If you would like to purchase package insurance, please let me know.
Refunds and Exchanges
I strive to make each and every customer satisfied. I do not offer refunds or exchanges as a policy. However, I would encourage you to please let me know if there is some part of your order that is unsatisfactory. I am confident that with communication, we can work together toward an amicable end.
Additional policies and FAQs
In order to maintain balance between my professional and personal lives, I reserve weekends and all US national holidays for my family. If you convo me during one of these times and do not receive an immediate response, please know that I do appreciate your communication and will get back to you just as soon as possible on the next business day.

At a minimum, I make every effort to respond to each of my convos in the evening of each business day. Frequently, I will also check and respond during the course of the day, as my schedule permits. If a matter is of urgent nature, please let me know so that I can accommodate your needs to the best of my ability.

If you desire to change any aspect of your order after your listing is purchased, please convo me with your request. If I have not yet begun construction of your order, I am happy to modify the product to meet your needs. Please do not make changes to your order in the "notes to seller" box during checkout.

All items are made in a pet-free, smoke-free studio. I do, however, have a feline-friendly home, of which my studio is a part. If you have pet allergies, I recommend that you wash your items immediately upon receipt.

I work with a great deal of wool and natural fibers. If you have allergies to any of these materials, I recommend that you wash your purchases immediately upon receipt.
