HELLO FRIENDS AND SHOPPERS, UNTIL I AM ABLE TO GET MY COMPUTER FIXED OR GET A NEW ONE IN THE NEAR FUTURE, I WILL NOT BE LISTING ANY ITEMS FOR SALE. AS SOON AS I AM UP AND RUNNING AGAIN, I WILL LIST MY ITEMS AGAIN. I AM SORRY FOR THE BOTHER AND I HOPE YOU WILL COME BACK AND VISIT ME AGAIN . SANDY
I would like all payment to be made within 5 business days of the purchase. If you are mailing a personal check or money order, you need to send me a message letting me know, so that I will not expect an electronic payment, and I can keep an eye out for the payment in the mail. Once the payment is received, I will mail the item(s) as soon as the personal check clears at my bank.
I try very hard to ship all of my orders within 3 business days of payment clearing. I take a lot of care to wrap my items and package them well , so they arrive safe and sound to you. I do not automatically add insurance, that must be requested before payment is made, by a message and then I will make the adjustments. If you make a very large order and I can combine the shipping even more than the cost of shipping listed, I will be happy to do so. So do not hesitate to send me a message and ask if there could be a further savings than what was listed in the payment. if there is a way for me to combine shipping further, I will be happy too,and will do an electronic refund if you payed by paypal or credit card. if you are mailing your payment, just ask me about a better shipping cost, before you send payment and I will get back to you and let you know if there is a new balance. I often can combine even more, but sometimes can not, especially with the craft items that are bulky and or heavy. I use flat rate in those cases and I never know ahead of time if I can fit more into the box or not, but will be more than willing to if I can.
Refunds and Exchanges
1. I will take a return if the buyer requests insurance and an item is damaged in the mailing process. I do not add the insurance automatically, so please request it before payment, so I can adjust the amount due. any damage during shipment is not something that I will do a return for if you have not asked for insurance. I will also be willing to do a refund, minus shipping cost if there is something wrong with the item that I did not state in the description within reason. If it is not what you expected , I will be happy to give you another item after you ship the returned item and reason why to me. I will try my best to always make you the customer happy and returning in the future.

I am always up to suggestions or special orders. if you have some idea for a project, please feel free to send a message with your ideas. I will get back to you with an answer and or plan. if you want to order more than one of an item and would like a discount, I will be happy to discuss that also. Every art order may have different costs , plans, time constraints etc. so feel free to contact me and we will see what we can come up with.
