Thanks for your interest. Please take a moment to read my policies before placing an order. Please note that small jewelry is not intended for children (including the furry ones!), so PLEASE keep the treasures you find here (and elsewhere) out of the reach of children and pets of all ages.
I accept PayPal. If you don't have a Paypal account, worry not! It's simple and fast to set up an account, and you can do so during your Etsy checkout. Or, if you prefer, you can pay using a credit card via Paypal, without setting up a Paypal account. See? Easy!
Payment at the time of purchase is appreciated! For payments not received within 48 hours, the order will be canceled and the items re-listed in the shop. If you need more time for payment, please contact me and I'll gladly work with you.
All items will come via USPS first-class shipping. They will be gently placed into a padded envelope and sent out as soon as I find a minute (and the post office is open hehe).
Refunds and Exchanges
I do the best I can to give you the best product possible. If an item arrives broken, please contact me immediately. Show me a photo of the damage (via email or facebook or cell) and I will arrange to have it fixed. If the item is repairable, I will cover return shipping via a credit to your PayPal. If it is not repairable, you may choose another item of the same value which I will send A.S.A.P. at no cost to you. Accidents do happen so do not hesitate to let me repair/replace anything that gets damaged during shipping:)
My goal is to have you as a happy customer! If your purchase is not what you expected, please contact me and return the item within 10 calendar days of the Delivery Confirmation date. Returns must be made by a trackable method--this will make us both happy! :) Upon receipt, I will issue a full refund, including the original (but not the return) shipping charges. Please note, refunds on returned earrings will be minus a $3 fee per pair to replace the ear wires/posts--no exceptions. (I'm sorry, but for the health and peace of mind of all of my customers, I must replace the ear wires/posts even if you swear you never put them on! Thank you for understanding.) Returns are not available due to not fully reading product descriptions or not measuring before you order. Always make sure to read the full description and that the size you order is one that will fit you prior to ordering. Note: Some beads are NOT flawless, but they are still beautiful!
Additional Policies and FAQs
I take time to carefully describe each piece and the components I used in every design. However, I must add this caveat--I am no metallurgist, gemologist or lapidarist, so I trust my suppliers to honestly convey information about their wares and I include that information in my descriptions. I cannot be responsible for the accuracy of supplier information.
I never use "mystery metal" in my designs. Still, some people are more sensitive or allergic to certain types of metals, particularly when it comes to earwires. (Also, copper, especially bright, "raw" copper, can sometimes cause a temporary green discoloration on the wearer's skin). Please read the descriptions carefully and please keep your own sensitivities in mind when ordering.
Please keep in mind: All earring findings are nickel free and hypo-allergenic. Silver and silver coated parts will need occasional wiping with a clean cloth (to remove tarnish caused by atmospheric conditions), magnetic clasps should always be slid apart not pulled apart to keep them in their casings, and stones will be heavier to wear than plastics and glasses.
