INTERNATIONAL Customers - Please place an order only if you are confident that it will be successfully delivered to you and you are not in a hurry. [I am no longer able to ship to some countries because of recent changes, such as requiring registration etc.] Shipping/delivery logistics are beyond my control, though I'll do my best to have your order on its way in a timely manner. Even if I purchase insurance, I can't make a claim on international orders until 40 days after the ship date. Also, international buyers are responsible for all fees and taxes not collected by Etsy. If actual postage cost is significantly less than the charged amount, I gladly refund overages.
