Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

Although no refunds will be made, if you happen to receive a damaged item or are not completely satisfied the following steps may be taken to arrange an exchange:

1. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item to outline the details of your situation.
2. After contacting me you may ship the item back to me at your cost.
3. After I receive the original item I will work with you to select a similar item of the same price to replace the returned item (I will cover the postage to ship the new item to you).

Payment

Please make payments through PayPal. Payments must be received within 3 days, or the sale will be canceled and the item will be relisted.

Items will be shipped after the payment has cleared through PayPal.

For Holiday Shopping please order by December 12th.

Shipping

Any items purchased will be shipped USPS either first class or priority (dependent upon weight and quantity of items purchased).

Wedding Favors will always be shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Items will only be shipped within the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom at this time.
