Shop policies

Welcome. Creating wonderful artwork, and getting it to you is my main objective.

That said, my store policies are as follows:

Returns and exchanges

I will accept most returns in NEW, resalable condition. If returning an item, please contact me first, then ship within 7 days from the time you received the package. Please send returns with delivery confirmation. I will be happy to refund the full purchase price (minus a 30 cent refund charge applied by paypal), however buyer pays all shipping costs.

***Exception to returns: Any purchase made in/during Featured Seller cannot be returned/refunded. Purchases made during Featured Seller in the community chatrooms are considered Final Sale.

Returns after 7 days may not be accepted. If the product is for any reason non-salable (damaged, it may also be refused for a refund. ArtworkSW reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason, but will try hard to achieve great communication and customer service.
Currently, I accept PayPal for payment. Please remember Etsy has a 3 day grace period for payment on any purchases. If you do not pay right away, I will send an reminder invoice. Nonpayment after 3 days may result in the transaction being canceled, so please be timely.

I ship to confirmed Paypal addresses. Please make sure both your PayPal and Etsy addresses match.

Want to pay by credit card, but not a PayPal member? PayPal will still process your order. Just select PayPal at checkout to provide your credit card number.

I ship USPS unless otherwise noted. My shop is open to the USA as well as International, with a few exceptions listed below. PayPal orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. (Most often the Next business day after payment is received). Check with the post office for information on length of time for expected arrival from Seattle Washington to your location.

Although all my packages have been received in good condition, I can't be responsible for loss or damage during shipping. If you wish to pay additional for insurance or tracking, please contact me prior to placing your order so I can adjust the shipping rate.

---Exceptions in Shipping Policy---

Because of inconveniences other shop owners have reported, I will not be able to ship to Nigeria, Italy, France, Cuba and India. In the even you accidentally purchase from me, and reside in one of these countries, I will happily issue refund.

Please note, ArtworkSW is not responsible for duties or customs fees. They are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
