Great customer service! Fast shipping would definitely order again!

Hey a cool rug shop

Plants make me so happy. I have a ton! I love learning to propagate them. Arugula was the first plant I learned to collect seeds from. Other favorites include poppies, sweet peas, and wisteria.

I find great satisfaction in making these rugs - choosing sheets at the thrift store, washing them and then ripping them up in the sunshine, picking colors, watching each piece grow, just the tactile pleasure of building something and then sending it off for someone else to enjoy!

My technique doesn't use a hook - just my hands - and I have very rarely seen it here on Etsy. Ask me if you want to know how it works! Lots of satisfaction here and I won't bother to take a photo and write up a post if I'm not happy with the color combo.

These rugs are pretty bright and cheery and make feet happy!

p.s. Cats love kicking them, curling on them, tormenting them, etc.

Hello! Welcome to arugularugs. I am passionate about reducing waste by creating beautiful, functional items out of discarded cloth.

Arugula is awesome, and grows like a weed, which is funny since it's one of the more ~fancy~ leafy greens. If you start growing it, make sure to let it go to seed - it's really easy to collect! Aw I love arugula. I guess that is all there is to say about that.

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
Arugularugs accepts PayPal. Payment is due at the time of order.
Every item is ready for shipping.

I regularly ship to USA only at this time using USPS but it is possible to make exceptions. Keep in mind that these rugs can be heavy and bulky to ship, and for an overseas trip using USPS (can take up to or over a month), it may cost $60 shipping plus customs fees covered by purchaser. FedEx likely around $100.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 3 days of receiving the shipment. Once the return is requested, the item must be returned within 5 days, in the same condition they were recieved. The cost of the item will be refunded (minus shipping charges). Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
