If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please message me within 5 days of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a refund or exchange is granted the buyer will be responsible for return shipping.

I request that all payments be made through etsy's Direct Checkout or PayPal.

FYI: if you haven't used etsy's direct checkout before, it is super easy and fast!

Items will be shipped within 1-3 days after payment has been cleared.

Ash & Ember uses USPS for all domestic orders. All orders will be processed with standard USPS First Class 2-5 day Shipping unless express shipping has been requested. Your order will be sent to you Etsy account address unless you have requested otherwise.

Once your payment has been cleared your ordered will be shipped within 1-3 days. You will receive a confirmation email once you item(s) have been shipped.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING: Want to place an order for multiple items and have them mailed to different addresses? We can do that! To have your order mailed to multiple address please include the following in the note section of your order:

(1) GIFT RECIPIENT NAME
STREET ADDRESS
CITY, STATE ZIP CODE
(2) WHICH ITEM SHOULD GO TO THIS ADDRESS?

**NOTE: there is a max of 4 different addresses per order. If you would like to send your order to more then 4 different address please message me for more information on how the order will need to be processed.

Yes! Please contact me with you request.

What about large orders?
Yes we do large orders! Wedding party gifts...bachelorette trips...school clubs/special organizations...fundraising....small businesses...and so much more! We also offer bulk order discounts, which you can view in our shop. Depending on the request more time than usual maybe needed to process.

Do you gift wrap?
Yes! And if you would like to have a short message included in the present I can do that too.

How can I know when my order will be shipped?
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days after payment has been cleared. Once your order has been sent out you will receive an email with a tracking number and then you can start planning out the perfect outfit for your new accessory. ☺
