Volevo progettare nel mio stile personale dopo anni di tentativi di progettare nello stile di qualcun altro, che si trattasse di un logo del cliente o di un sito web aziendale.
I wanted to design in my own personal style after years of trying to design in someone else's style, whether that be a client logo or company website.
Quello che ho scoperto rapidamente è che a molti di voi piaceva il mio stile, che mi ha permesso di usare tutti quei caratteri fantasiosi e foo foo e disegni intricati e decorati che non ero stato in grado di fare in passato con i miei clienti aziendali e il lavoro riservato ai media di notizie. Correva l'anno 2006 e mi stavo rendendo conto dell'opportunità che avevo di fronte!.
Dopo un paio d'anni da solo, ho insegnato a mia sorella, Becky McQuade, come usare Photoshop e sono rimasto stupito dal designer che si era nascosto dietro gli scrub infermieristici per 20 anni! Una volta che ha iniziato a sfornare progetti con me, abbiamo dovuto portare mia madre, Sandy Prive, per occuparci delle vendite quotidiane e delle e-mail mentre ci concentravamo sui disegni. Nel gennaio 2009, ho lasciato il mio lavoro a tempo pieno come Art Director / Webmaster presso WWLP-TV22 per dare la mia piena attenzione alla mia attività part-time.
Dopo 2 anni, mia sorella è stata in grado di appendere il suo stetoscopio e gli scrub e dedicare la sua attenzione alla progettazione a tempo pieno insieme a me. Non c'è partnership migliore al mondo di quella che abbiamo e sono grato OGNI SINGOLO GIORNO.
Come graphic designer da oltre 25 anni, ho acquisito una vasta conoscenza di Photoshop, a partire da Adobe Photoshop 1.0. La mia formazione è iniziata su un Mac Plus (sì quello con il monitor da 9" incorporato!) che in seguito ho usato per uno sgabello per i piedi... era la dimensione perfetta. Da allora sono passato alla piattaforma Windows. La mia esperienza include non solo la stampa e la progettazione di siti Web, ma anche il design di trasmissioni ... avendo trascorso 15 anni presso un affiliato NBC locale. Adoro progettare e sono così felice di offrirti i miei disegni.

What I quickly found was that many of you liked my style, which allowed me to use all of those fancy, foo foo fonts and ornate, intricate designs I hadn't been able to in the past with my corporate clients and reserved news media job. The year was 2006 and I was just realizing the opportunity in front of me!.
After a couple years on my own, I taught my sister, Becky McQuade, how to use Photoshop and was amazed at the designer that had been hiding behind nursing scrubs for 20 years! Once she started cranking out designs with me, we needed to bring in my mother, Sandy Prive, to take care of the daily sales and emails while we focused on the designs. In January 2009, I quit my full-time job as Art Director/Webmaster at WWLP-TV22 to give my full focus to my part-time business.
After 2 years, my sister was able to hang up her stethoscope and scrubs and devote her attention to designing full time along side me. There is no better partnership in the world than what we have and I am thankful EVERY SINGLE DAY.

The difference between these templates and others is they are totally customizable. Our templates are NOT simple "knockouts" in the background, under which a photo is placed. We provide you with instructional tutorials that will walk you through the simple steps to create clipping groups in Photoshop with your photos, thus allowing the individual layers to be moved around and turned on or off. This allows you to lessen the number of photos on the template or change colors or text on any of the individual layers.
