Hello new friend!
Ashlee Proffitt is a passionate woman who works hard and believes even harder. She is a pastor’s wife and a mama to 4 little ones. She is southern at her core and the granddaughter of a farmer. She has a heart for southern drawls, front porches and sweet tea.
Ashlee fell madly in love with the art of design while studying at James Madison University. She is perpetually obsessed with thoughtful typography and is still head over heels for all things paper and ink. Today, Ashlee’s own creative business is focused on creating goods that inspire women with Truth and building strong, genuine brands for creatives.
Ashlee gets strangely excited over anything in a beautiful shade of white. She wakes up before dawn on most days. She hates a mess and accepts coffee as a form of payment. And her closest friends know that parties are the way to her heart. Especially if she gets to host them.

Returns and exchanges
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of the products found here, refunds are not available at this time. In the case of a problem with the actual product, store credit may be issued. Customer service is very important to me. Please don't hesitate to email me (info@ashleeproffitt.com) if you are dissatisfied in any way.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of your purchase. Please message me if you need to cancel your order. After 24 hours, cancellation is no longer an option.
Payment
Please note that if payment is made with an eCheck via Paypal processing time will be delayed an extra 3-5 days due to the time required to clear the check.
FL residents will incur a 6% sales tax.
Shipping
Each of our items is carefully and beautifully packaged, making it a perfect gift (for you or a friend)!
TURNAROUND
Please allow up to 10-15 business days for your item to be created and ready to ship from our studio (with the exception of art prints, all other products are custom made.)
*If your item requires a proof, the turnaround time begins on the date you approve the proof. Therefor it is of utmost importance that you respond in a timely and efficient manner to proof emails. Please note that I cannot proceed with the order until you give approval.
SHIPPING
Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Tracking information can be provided upon request. Please allow approximately 3-5 business days from the shipping date. Each product is custom made so please allow up to two weeks for your item to be created.
International shipping is not available at this time.
FAQ
Q: Why has my order not shipped yet?
A: Please note that our standard turnaround time is 10-15 business days prior to shipping. I make every effort to get orders out before this time frame, but from time to time I am blessed with tons of orders (hooray!!) and must maintain the 10-15 business day average.
Q: Why have I not heard from you?
A: First, THANK YOU so much for your order! Secondly, because I am just one woman running this business I simply cannot answer every message sent my way. Trust me though, I receive every order and yours will be processed as quickly as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order has shipped.

If you have a clumsy track record, the iPhone Tough Case may be a better option for you. Ashlee Proffitt is not liable for any damages to your iPhone.
