Return Policy
Please note that personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged.
If you wish to return an item, please send it back to 34 Somerton Road, Macclesfield, SK11 8SE.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, including postage costs
Refund policy
If your item has been lost in transit, please let us know within 14 days of your purchase, we will investigate the matter and do our best to resolve the issue for you.
If we are at fault for the issue, we will provide a full refund.
In cases of an incorrect/incomplete address being provided we cannot provide a refund or replacement
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item has been used or damaged by the buyer.
We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Processing & Delivery Times
Processing Time:
The processing time for each order will be displayed in the individual listing. We work on a first come, first served basis. During busier times, the processing time may be longer than usual. However, we will do our best to process orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery Time:
All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class service, which has a delivery time of 1-2 working days. Please note that this is not a tracked service. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. The dates listed are only estimates, and delivery may take longer during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Can a non-personalised card be changed/customised?
No, a non-personalised card cannot be customized in terms of altering the design or appearance. However, it is possible to add a personalised inside message to any card, regardless of whether it is personalised or not. The inside message can be customised to convey your unique thoughts and wishes, adding a personal touch to the card. So while the outer design remains the same, you can still make the card more meaningful and tailored to the recipient by including a personalised message inside
Do you offer next day delivery or same day dispatch?
No, we do not offer next day delivery or same day dispatch. All items are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and the processing times for each item are clearly displayed on the individual listing. Once your order is processed, all items are sent via first-class mail, which typically has an estimated delivery time of 1-2 working days. While we strive to deliver your items as quickly as possible, please consider the estimated delivery times and plan accordingly
How do I upload a photo for a personalised photo print?
1. After ordering, select a photo that you would like to use for your print.
2. Navigate to our Etsy shop and click on the "Contact shop owner" button.
3. Create a new message and attach the photo to the message as it is to appear in the final product.
4. Send the message to us through the Etsy messaging system.
5. Please note that the quality of the print will be determined by the quality of the photo you send. If the photo is blurry or of low quality, the final product may not be as clear as you would like.
6. Once we receive your message with the attached photo, we will create a proof copy of the print and send it to you for approval.
