Turnaround Time

Printing
We now print & ship any invite or art listing in the store!
If you choose to print on your own, your options are:
· Print on a home or office printer
· Upload to an online photo or print shop
· Send to a local print shop (recommended for best results)
Other tips:
· When ordering a print as a photograph, choose a ‘matte or lustre’ finish and be sure any color correcting options are NOT checked
· Be sure to upload the high resolution files, not smaller versions you have saved on your phone
Downloading Digital Files
After your payment has cleared through Etsy, your downloads will show up at http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. Should you experience any difficulties, please contact me!
Custom Design Work
I would love to work with you to create a custom print, logo, branding package, invite, menu-- you name it! Please contact me to get started.
Proofing
· Items are not processed for printing unless a proof is approved.
· For digital items, the customer is responsible for any edits or corrections needed before printing themselves.
· Once a customer has approved the final proof or printed themselves, Ashley Ringger Design is not responsible for errors or typos. PLEASE read proofs carefully.
Cancellations
· Because of the nature of custom work, cancellations are not accepted after purchase.
· At my discretion, I can refund the difference between the cost of printing and a rush digital invite if notified of cancellation within an hour of purchase in order to recoup designers time.
