Dear all royal clients, designers and friends,
Just want to mention to you all that the regular(without seed inside) freshwater pearl material price in whole market (China, Asian) are all increased about 40% during the past 2 month; and the new harvest showed the supplies even less from farms; so we need expect the price will increasing more;
that because the past 5 years mostly farmers focus on the nuclear pearl (Edison/Akoya), so regular freshwater pearl will be less and less, at least less harvest in next 4 years;
So please be preparing doing some stock before the price increase too much, especially for large size (9mm+).

I think myself is kind of motion people, very easy to touched by those clients (friend) ' s reviews, read those felt my work is meanful~~ thank you, artists!!

Recently there came up some case, we would like to some public announcement to help you can more enjoy shopping with us with worry free:

1) From now, we have 7 days worry free return (we send you return label) and full refund once we receive your return, if you don't satisfy with any order from us! Actually we did this for long while ago; we always sent out the free return label in case that not you needed; just communicate with us for your order.
But of cause, any label cost money, "send out label " or "return label"; we would take our own risk in case we sent out wrong or not "described as list", we have confidence on it, also please you check the list detail before you check out; just don't want waste your time .

2)We really appreciate your creative thoughts and designs, so we don't sell any finished products here, we only do supply materials, NOT finished NECKLACE or JEWELRY, only parts and beads; please just ask for return label and return instead of bad review for " couldn't wear"

3)We really really appreciate your honestly and objectively reviews, help our other clients to know the item/ list better, AND fair review also would help us improve our service and improve products description;
BUT Please please don't intentionally use the "reviews" as a tool for bargaining discount or refund or advantage; if you have issue, please convo us first, see if there is the misleading or misunderstanding or wrong item sent or else, we are always here to help and resolve issues; even you just tell us you want free samples, could be understood and attached in your next order; but please don't just use "JUDEGE WORDS" to misleading other honestly buyer and designer, as we trying best to be honestly seller on this platform;
WE DONT APPREACITE your scam and un-honestly reviews (down hill/Horrible/ Crazy/ Redicuriousle / go to Wens....) , these words please still keep in your politic life, not on a professional business area;
We would never ever use those to fight you back, keep it or drop it.

You just want simply buy some supplies, we just simple want do honestly business here, we both side don't need any complicated dramas on ETSY.

4) Once you left bad reviews, we usually would say" is any thing we can help you to make up?" that didn't mean we force you to change your review, but we care about your opinion and see is there anything we can do or any way misleading; for example: usually pearl strands default drill is 0.7mm, but you review us 1 star cause you expected 0.8mm hole, we would feel wronged, and this review couldn't help anybody else; the only way is you can return it for refund if you can't use them;
Isn't the review includes: products/ customer service/ shipping time ?
Maybe from your side, the products didn't reach your expectation, but we accept free return and try do our service, right? What else you expect us to do a constantly business? Let us know, we will listen.

5) Etsy is a fair and open platform for the creative people with freedom soul, include myself; so please don't let those scam way to pollute it! your purchase is for your design, for your creative business, not just intention to left a bad review or showing your hatful power to a seller; if you feel uncomfortable or not reasonable treatment by the seller, then stop doing business with them, let them down;
BUT NOT , just want use the bad review power to intentionally get discount, and refuse show picture, refuse free return full refund, refuse communicate, just through out your hatful ball, use rude language to insult us, please don't! we don't appreciate that; we will cancel your second order, we don't like do business with liars/ scammers, we would not encourage those kind of behavior. We keep our honor as keep yours too.

6)If you want to do advertise for some other sellers on my page use insult reviews on my products, and tell other buyers to shopping on another shop, please at least add 2 things:
my products photo + the link from other shop

We appreciate the Etsy plate form pull all suppliers in, and we believe the healthy and fair competition would definitely benefit everybody on Etsy, but please don't use Insult and Scam way, don't use your marketing strategy money Pollute THE MARKET.

The world is crazy enough, but we still want to keep our honor here, we appreciate your understanding!
For 20+YEARS pearl business, we have our honor to be fair and reasonable, of cause there is no way 100% satisfy with everybody, but we still try hard to follow our positive value system. Believe in, there is GOD and KARMA for sure.


PS, some clients claimed they didn't get the package after the tracking# showed " deliver to your front porch" or "deliver to mail box", but you still didn't receive it, please contact your local post office and mail man, it automatically update by their scan; we barely can do anything about the case, even we try our best to give a decent discount for your another purchase. So please pay attention on Etsy delivery notice . Or file a case to Etsy, maybe they can use seller protection program to help you for refund.

from B to AAA mean, it's very important for you not just see the picture, some other seller may use the AA+ or AA to describe their pearls with scar or circle on it, it's not right, please check here, the standard came out from GIA when they visited out factory. Thanks:

For pearls appraisal, like diamond, there are normally 5 factors to value them:

Luster(Nacre)---AAA means shinning by natural, AA mostly are shinning with exception, A a little numb but still ok, B no luster or damaged nacre ( for cultured pearls, the nacre should be take out as another one factor to value since there are beads inside)
Surface--- AAA means clean, no any blemish, AA means concealed blemish or hidden circle, A with some blemish but no absolutely circle, B with obliviously circle or damage
Shape--- AAA exactly as it should be ( etc, round is perfect round, no potato; potato without baroque; rice should be regular rice), AA mean off-round, rice..., A mean away from the shape, B there is no B because if the pearls' shape already far away from the shape should call be another name :)
Size--- we use mm to measure them, normally under 5mm, smaller is more expensive; for over 6mm, bigger is more expensive, one size by half mm or one mm.
****TOTAL GRADE---AAA, all four factors should be AA+ to AAA;
AA ~ AA+, two factors are under AA;
A ~ A+, two under AA, or one is under A;
AB all under A
B with big circle or big scar or very rough
