CAN YOU DESIGN A CUSTOM INVITATION FOR MY PARTY?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR PRINTED INVITATIONS?
Digital proofs are sent within 2-4 business days after purchase and party information has been received. Rush orders are available (just add the listing to your cart when purchasing your design). Rush orders are sent digitally within 24 hours of purchase! For printing options please message me or visit my website shopashlynnelliff.com
Custom and personalized orders
Time depends on a few factors including my current workload and time of the year (holidays). Typically my turnaround time is 5-7 business days. I do offer rush design services so just send me an e-mail if you need it quicker and I can see what I can do!
DO YOU OFFER MATCHING PARTY ADD-ONS?
All matching party add-ons are made to order! Check out the "Made to match add-ons" section in my shop and see all the options! Looking for something specific that is not listed? Message me and we can talk.
WHAT IF THERE IS AN ERROR ON MY PRINTED INVITATIONS?
Ashlynn Elliff is not responsible for proofreading. The information that is submitted by the customer and will be used unless noted otherwise. Once the customer approves the final proof and it is sent to print there are no changes allowed. If there is a mistake and it is addressed after the printing process, Ashlynn Elliff will invoice you the amount of the re-print only not the design work.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME ON DIGITAL FILES?
Digital files are delivered within 2-4 business days via dropbox folder. Digital files for custom designs are delivered within 2 weeks.
HOW SOON SHOULD I ORDER MY PARTY INVITATIONS?
For everyday occasions (such as birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, etc.) it is recommended to mail out your invitations 2-6 weeks in advance. Therefore ordering invitations should take place at the very least four weeks before your scheduled mailing date to allow time for designing, edits, production & shipping.
