Covers ole blue's steering wheel perfectly! Shipped quickly, & in perfect timing for this hot Louisiana weather! Don't have to worry about burning my hands on a hot steering wheel :)

Welcome to Aspen Leaves Designs!

I have one dog, and no smokers. We do use wood heat in the winter as a supplement to electricity, but doubt that you will notice any odors from the wood heat. Love that dry heat!

I have a college degree in Environmental and Regulatory Science, with the major in dealing with Hazardous Chemicals, and a minor is Safety and Health Management.

Aspen Leaves Designs is a licensed small business. I pay taxes every year. Keeping everything legal here, just so you know! =)

The pictures tell you a lot about where your items are being made. No factories, just my house. I knit in the living room with the TV and my corgi for company. My sewing room is my sons old bedroom. I share that space with my husband, but I get most of the room. =) The other extra bedroom stores my yarn stash, finished products, packaging items and printing area. It also has an older TV on the wall and a DVD player for my almost daily exercise. (Go Richard Simmons and Gilad!)

Pictures of finished products are taken on my deck in the backyard, or on my front porch. I have some nice views for you to see in the background. I think it also lets you see the color and how your items will look in their natural habitats.

I generally don't take custom orders. Even though I live in a decent sized area in Northwest Arkansas, most items I need aren't available locally so I order online. I prefer not to send possible buyers to my suppliers websites. I grab supplies from several places, including countries outside the US, designer sites, and some local stores, and Internet stores. Sometimes a fabric or yarn is only available in limited quantities, and making more or customizing is not an option. Also, as trends or fashions change, my supplies change, preventing alterations. Thanks for your understanding

Frequently asked questions

When will my order ship?

*Ready made items ship within 24 hours of being ordered, excluding Sundays and holidays.
*Steering wheel covers normally ship within 24 hours of you order being placed, but no longer than 2 days after. Steering wheel covers are made to order to suit what you need.
*My shipping time is the same, no matter where you live. Delivery time is up to the postal system. However, if you haven't received your order in 1 week for the US and 5 weeks outside of the US, please don't hesitate to let me know. (Notice that delivery times can take longer during holidays.)

Ordering for Christmas.

If you order a gift for the Christmas holidays and there's a problem once opened, just let me know. Please follow contact and return times in my policies. Once it's back to me, we can work out any details for a replacement as needed. I am available to talk on Christmas day!

Care instructions

Care instructions are included with each order.

Finalization of order.

All returns, exchanges and lost orders must be finalized within 25 days after the original order was placed.

Returns and exchanges

*Buyer will not be refunded for any shipping costs, unless a mistake was made by me when I shipped the order. You will be reimbursed for the Original cost of your order, minus shipping costs. You will not be reimbursed for return shipping costs.
*Please see return time frame in policies above.
*I can not resell items that you have tried on your head and face, so please be sure you are purchasing what you are interested in.

Returning your item

*You must package your return item in quality packaging. Items damaged by postal equipment because of poor packaging, are not refunded.
* Unused condition means just that. If you wear it, and then wash it before sending it back, I will know this!
*You should get a tracking number for your package, so that you can keep up with where it is in the USPS system. If it gets lost, and I don't get it back, you lose your refund.
* For your protection, buying insurance when shipping it back will protect you incase damage is done to your package, or it is lost. You are required by the postal system to produce any needed information to process your insurance claim.

Custom and personalized orders

Aspen Leaves does not accept custom orders. I also don 't personalize, as I have no way to do that.

Is my purchase inclusive of VAT?

No. I am not registered to collect VAT. You, as a buyer, will be responsible for any associated VAT, local taxes and handling charges that are levied by your government or postal service, when your parcel enters the country and goes through customs.
