Thanks for visiting us on Etsy! We have had a business in Carbondale, Colorado since 2009. This new business has been something I have wanted to do for many years, and finally have a full time job that allows time for my second passion metal art.

We accept paypal, money order & personal checks. When using paypal, we ship to your verified paypal address only. If there is a discrepancy between your etsy address & paypal address it can delay your order. Personal checks are held 5 business days before goods are shipped. If a check fails to clear, we will impose a $35 returned check fee. We reserve the right to cancel orders when payment is not received within 7 days. We must be notified of your request to cancel your order within 24 hrs of the time it was placed or before it is shipped.
Smaller items will ship USPS while larger items will ship UPS or Fed Ex Ground. We typically ship orders out weekly. Since most orders are fabricated upon order please allow 5 Business days to ship. I will provide a tracking/reference number once the item has shipped.

Damaged / Lost packages - All packages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier once they leave our store. Any claims must be made through that carrier for damage that occurred during shipping or a lost package. Please make sure to have the tracking number available in order to process a claim with them.

NO refund will be issued for a package marked as undeliverable or refused at delivery.

If you don't see your country as a shipping option please ask and we will quote you a shipping costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you receive a damaged package, return it immediately to your Post Office. If an item has been lost in transit, we will initiate a claim, but must wait a minimum of 30 days to file.
