1 out of 5 starsI am giving this a 1 star not because of the quality of the product, I cannot speak for that because I never received this item. The shop owner was completely unresponsive when it became clear that my item was not going to arrive within enough time to give as a gift and I asked for any sort of update. I was forced to lodge a complaint and get a refund. Very disappointed in the whole situation. I would have been happy to wait longer for my item if the seller had given me any information whatsoever. Even a sentence saying that shipping was delayed. But no. Nothing. Worst Etsy customer service I’ve experienced.

I got started working with keys when my sister decided to write a book, True North by S.M. Winter. She wanted to bring to life the magical keys that the main characters use to travel throughout their world, so I took on the task. Together we imagined the six original keys, the Elemental Keys. From there I kept going, making different keys based off of things I liked. After wire I started using clay to decorate my keys, and will continue to grow as I learn new mediums!
