I am certain you will enjoy your jewelry as much as I’ve enjoyed making it.

Every piece of jewelry comes with a FREE gift box. They are either bubble-wrapped or enclosed in a padded envelope for better protection.

Please read the following policies carefully before your purchase, I’ve tried to be as detailed as possible. If you need any clarification, please feel free to contact me via ETSY’s conversation.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I accept payment through PayPal only.

But you can pay with your credit cards via PayPal. You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to do so, Just choose the option ‘PayPal’ in checkout, and then select ‘Pay by Credit Card’ instead of registering on the PayPal website.
Shipping
All items are generally shipped within 2 working days after payment is received. For custom orders or made-to-order items, they would require 5 working days.

If you need your item ASAP, please contact me and I can arrange a faster alternative with a revised shipping quote.

By default, all orders are shipped to your ETSY address. If you want your orders to be shipped to a different address, please fill it in at the “message to seller” box during check out.

For all shipment outside Singapore, I will use Singapore Post Office registered international airmail service with delivery confirmation. This offer tracking services to most countries and requires a signature upon delivery.

Please do not use P.O Boxes as your delivery addresses or an address where nobody will be available to sign off on delivery.

USA & Canada: 7 to 14 working days
UK: 6 to 8 working days
Australia and New Zealand: 6 to 8 working days
Europe: 7 to 14 working days
Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Chile and Mexico: 10 to 16 working days
Asia: 5 to 8 working days

Please note that international buyers (outside of Singapore) are responsible for all duties and customs charges that may incur.
Refunds and Exchanges
I offer refunds or exchanges if an item is broken. You will have to contact me within 3 days upon receiving your delivery. All items must be returned in the exact same condition as they were shipped and buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Please use registered mail in your returns. I cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged packages that get shipped back.

Custom orders are not refundable as they are specially made.
Earrings are also not refundable and not exchangeable because of hygiene reasons.
