The BEST! There are similarly made items.....but these lovely sellers create tiny works of art. Nothing comes close! I have purchased several pieces-many necklaces; earrings.....and I keep promising to stop but haven't so far-it's a beautiful investment...Thank you!

Super gorgeous and packaged nicely. I was surprised by the size when it arrived, but it is written clearly in the listing, so that’s my bad. The blue color is so vibrant in person I am very pleased.

Very cool piece to add to my collection of broken China jewelry- love the pattern and the look - receive many compliments whenever I wear it!
Our story with china plates began with Wilder's vintage dish collection. When she accidentally dropped her favorite calendar plate from 1906 Mike thought he might be able to make something for her from the broken pieces. He did, and made a few more to try out with his stained glass jewelry. He quickly found a passion for the history and beauty of the vintage china. From the original pottery companies and makers, many in America, to the stories to be found in the images. There's an amazing amount of history to be found in each plate.
We find plates from all over and carefully framing each scene, transform it from a piece of broken plate to a miniature story. We love stories and passing along the past, turning it into the present.
The plates you see in our shop are all discarded, vintage china. There is also art deco jewelry from stained and painted glass his first love. We do many custom jewelry orders for china and glass. Send us a message to do one for you!
We live in a house jammed with china and other vintage finds in West Philadelphia, teaching our daughter the beauty of history and making, learning about others and everyone's unique experience. We vend at many craft fairs in the area and if you're near hope to see you at some! Thank you for sharing in the experience of independent makers on Etsy. We are so honored to be able to do what we love, thank you for being part of it!
Mike has been a jeweler for over 20 years vending and making across the country. His love of history and the thrill of flea marketing combines in the vintage china jewelry that he makes. He finds a story both in image and the history of the plate.
Owner, Photographer, Marketer
