Care instructions
Polymer clay charms can be a bit delicate, so handle with care (especially if your design has thin pieces, like the spout of the whale) and keep them in a box if you're traveling with them. If they get dirty, just wipe them off with a clean cloth (water is ok too, since they are glazed). For any textile items (except embroidered patches), machine wash on delicates or hand wash.
Sizing details
Most of my items are non-sized. For bow-ties though, the average neck size is about 16", but I recommend measuring your neck before purchase if at all possible.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If your order is a gift and you'd rather I not include the invoice / payment details, just shoot me a message or leave it in the notes and I'll make sure to leave that out! I can even include a little note if you'd like.
