I completely understand that sometimes we might change our minds. If you find yourself in this situation, don't worry! I'm here to help. If I can see that you haven't downloaded the file yet, I can easily cancel and refund your order.
Because of the nature of digital files (once downloaded, they're considered used), I'm unable to offer refunds after the file has been accessed. However, if you accidentally ordered the wrong file and haven't downloaded it yet, please get in touch. I'm sure we can work things out to your satisfaction.
