♥ delivery time is additional to the production time. If unsure of timeframe on a product please contact before placing an order.
♥ we do offer rush production for a small fee if needed produced quickly.

FOLLOWING ARE CURRENT AVERAGE PRODUCTION TIMES:

Painted card boxes = 3 week production
Unpainted card boxes = 7-10 business day production
Satin/Burlap Pillow & Basket Sets = 2 week production
All Woven Wood Baskets/ Birch Buckets 3-5 business day production
Paper Mache Guestbooks = 5 business day production
Satin Guest Books = 2 week production
Burlap Guest Books = 7-10 business days
Aluminum Bracelets/Tie Bars = 3-5 business days
Burlap Bags = 5 business days
Unity Candles = 5-7 business days
Serving Set/Toasting Flutes = 7-10 business days

♥ Larger, multiple orders can take a little longer depending on product ~ allow for 4 weeks to produce.

♥♥ Production Time/ Payment
Payment: Payment is due immediately upon purchase as all orders are custom made.
Payment arrangements can be made, but the production time does not begin until payment is made in full.
Cancellation policy- refunds can be given in full if contacted within 48 hours of purchase.
I will work on a case-by-case basis and partial refunds can be given depending on where we are with production. Feel free to contact me if you are in need of a cancellation so we can discuss options.

Please leave in the "notes to buyer" what date you need the order by. If it needs rushed, extra payment & expedited can be arranged and is case by case basis.
Almost every order is shipped priority mail with either insurance or delivery confirmation.
If you would like something special added or prefer a specific carrier- please let me know and we can discuss options/payment. This is for DOMESTIC shipping ONLY.
PLEASE REFER TO STORE POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/INSURANCE.

** international shipping is based on first class rates which can take around 14-21 business days, depending on location and customs. After purchase- please convo me if you need expedited shipping and we can discuss options/pricing/billing.

There should never be a time or reason that Negative or Neutral feedback should be left, as we will work together to get the item exactly how you envisioned! As stated in my store policy, if the item was insured and your order was damaged during delivery, please contact immediately so we can start a claim!

Personalization/Customization
All items are custom made and many come with personalized extras. If your item does not and you would like to add something- please convo me... I would be happy to add!

♥♥ Upon purchase, please leave in the "notes to buyer" the specific
color, flowers, personalization and your wedding date.
If you DO NOT specify how you want something personalized, I will have to contact you once I start to work on your order (within 1 week), which could delay shipment. If you prefer that it be left blank (chalkboard, wood heart etc.) please leave "no personalization" in the notes section.

Shipping

Items are not scheduled for shipment or worked on until payment is made in full.

Typical turn-around on orders are 1-3 weeks during off-peak months and can be as many as 4-6 weeks during peak season (March-November).
EACH PRODUCT HAS A DIFFERENT PRODUCTION TIME

*** ALL Custom orders will be given an estimation and delivery date after payment is made in full with an order confirmation emailed via Etsy

Our shipping costs include actual shipping * which includes my shipping discount with USPS/UPS and FedEx and packaging supplies
*AS WELL AS*
all fees associated with the transaction through etsy (these are passthrough costs - we don't profit from shipping) Any overage paid on ACTUAL shipping costs will be refunded once your order has shipped.

$.20 per item listing fee
3.5% Etsy transaction fee
2.9% transaction fee for paypal or
3.5% transaction fee for direct checkout

I will be happy to help you if you need an item quickly- just ask, I do offer Rush Orders!

All items shipped are typically shipped Priority Mail or First Class via USPS for domestic buyers & USPS international for international buyers. If you would like something shipped with a different carrier- just let me know and I'll get you an estimate for shipping. If you would like to add Insurance, please convo me prior to purchase so that I can set up extra payment for the insurance.
Wedding card boxes and glassware are shipped with insurance.

JEWELRY IS SHIPPED 1ST CLASS MAIL ~ PLEASE NOTE IF YOU WOULD LIKE A DIFFERENT METHOD OF DELIVERY

Cancelled orders are case-by-case basis.
Any cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover material costs once materials have been purchased (typically 1 week from order placed date) * if production has not yet been started on the order.

A Stylish Design cannot be held liable for any damage/lost or delayed shipments using 1st class shipments both international and domestic that are not insured!!!

All orders shipped outside the US may have duty or tax fees that your country might charge you. These are fees that I cannot quote you for and that I will not be held responsible for. Please purchase accordingly and cautiously - be aware that you might have to pay duty or tax fees upon accepting your order. I am charging actual shipping fees ONLY! Again I will not be responsible and will not pay your duty or tax fees.

I'm not in business to make money off of shipping so any overage of $2 or more paid will be refunded once the order is shipped complete. I do receive a shipping discount which I gladly pass along to clients. If you are unsure of shipping pricing & method's just convo me ~ happy to help with options!

Refunds and Exchanges

Since most of the orders are custom orders, all sales are FINAL.
Personalized Jewelry and Bridal Party Orders are not eligible for a refund and cannot be returned as they are all custom made to order!

All products are defined in the listing including a list of materials used in the creation of each product. Please be sure to review this information when purchasing a listing.
We cannot guarantee colors for any material used will match the images on listing as color calibrations vary per computer/device it is being viewed on. We suggest you mail a sample of anything if you are looking for an EXACT color match or purchase a sample of ribbon, flower, paint from us if you are looking for an EXACT match.
****We do not offer returns once your materials/colors are chosen by you. ***
If you have selected your colors/materials and then change your mind that they are just not quite the color you thought and you did not purchase a sample or provide a sample to us for matching, you are not eligible for a refund or exchange. We will work with you if you do change your mind. Each would considered as case-by-case and we would not be responsible for postage either way to change out colors/flowers etc. if you choose to change after receiving the order. You would be responsible for workmanship and material and postage.

In the event that your order arrives damaged and you would like a replacement piece, I would be glad to create a replacement and re-ship with free shipping, provided the original damaged item was insured.
Please contact me immediately upon receipt of the damaged item via ETSY along with an image(s) of the damaged item and packaging for insurance claims.

Once I am notified, I will give an outline of the steps to get the insurance claim processed. Both parties must submit paperwork and proof of item to their local post office. Once the damaged report has been filed ~ a replacement will be made and re-shipped. This is a case-by-case basis so please don't hesitate to contact me if you are un-sure.

No damaged item will be returned or replaced for free if insurance was not paid (I will ship with insurance at your request. A Stylish Design cannot be held liable for any damages made during un-insured shipments).
I package very well using various types of packaging materials, however, I cannot control how many hands the package goes thru and how it is handled.

I am not held responsible for invalid address's, refusal of parcel by receiver address or parcel taking longer to deliver than outlined by the carrier used, catastrophic events or delays un-forseen by carrier.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please verify that the address you have on file with ETSY is correct for shipping.
If you need shipped to an address other than what is listed on Etsy ~ just email me the address and I will update for you. I can invoice you directly for any additional postage.

MULTIPLE CUSTOM FLORAL CARNATION POMANDER/PILLOW'S:
Supplies are purchased as the order is placed.
Silk carnation flowers are extremely labor intensive, each flower is made and put together by hand by a skilled crafter. In order to fill the demand, these are manufactured in 4 different factories to keep up with the demand. Unfortunately with 4 different manufacturers, there will be variations from shipment to shipment. In order to get the exact same shade - please make sure to order everything you need in 1 single order. Separate orders may end up having different shade / slight style variation. If you are ordering 1 for a sample, please keep in mind that the supply for a large order may slightly vary from your sample.
Exchanging flower color can be made, however, you will be responsible for shipping cost to return the supplies back to the manufacturer for the exchange in flower color. If you choose to cancel the order, you will be credited minus a 25% restocking fee.
This is the fee I will be charged from the manufacturer to return the supplies.

STERLING SILVER JEWELRY***** ALL ARE STERLING SILVER AND NOT PLATED SILVER PRODUCTS
★STERLING SILVER pieces are more prone to tarnish, and may need a special jewelry cleanser made just for sterling silver to remove a build up of oxidation.

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY
★Frequent cleaning is recommended to maintain its true beauty. MOISTURE, salt water, chlorine in swimming pools, soap and perspiration take their toll on fine jewelry. I would not recommend wearing your jewelry while showering, as moisture will definitely speed up the oxidation process, and eventually deteriorate the metal (especially on delicate chain link necklaces, as moisture can be trapped between the links). Apply self-tanners, sunscreen, lotion or perfume and allow them to dry before putting on jewelry. If you jewelry gets wet, pat it dry with a soft cloth.
