This bulbous vase (glaze and shape) was a custom request. I have purchased almost a handful of other pottery from Khoi prior to this request. Each piece have exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, colors, and shipment time. I have gifted each of them before and had wanted one for myself. This vase looks awesome on my dining room table and is a conversation starter!

This bud vase is both artful and practical- simple in design, with exquisite colors and textures. It is a joy to hold and look at, and it made the perfect 9 year anniversary gift. The artist went above and beyond to help me make it a special gift for my husband. It now sits in our kitchen windowsill and will be enjoyed by our family for years to come.

I bought this stunning piece for my sister’s birthday. The colors were luxuriant! My sister was delighted. Good presents represent creativity and affection. This vase represented all of this and more. This was my second purchase from Atelier 7570. The shop is a real find.

About

Making + Clay = Happiness

I love making things. As long as I get to create with my hands, I’m happy. I’ve used all kinds of art mediums: charcoal, wood, film, yarn, ink, oil paints... It was only a matter of time before I fell in love with clay. The first time I centered a hunk of it on the wheel, it was magic and I was hooked.

The meditative quality of wheel throwing is also a boon. When I went through a personal loss, I clocked a lot of hours at the ceramics studio. Making pots calmed me down and helped me focus on the present. I'm so grateful to have such a creative outlet.

I'm a user experience designer by day, which is also a creative job. But let's be real, I'd rather be throwing clay.

I'm a Montrealer living in New York City and I make functional and decorative pottery. Every pot is entirely handmade by me so no two items are identical. These slight variations allow each pot to shine and be one of a kind.
