Hello and Welcome to Atelier de Soyun. I truly hope you enjoy a wonderful shopping experience in my shop. Please make sure you read ALL of the information in my policies. Everything you need to know is here for you!
* Don’t be Shy, Ask Me Whenever You Need Me *
I'm convo friendly & always happy to help you. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate and just let me know. I will be right with you. I'm available to answer your questions most of the days. Since I am working in the other side of the globe (as some of you already know, I am in South Korea now.), sometimes, my answer will be a bit slow. (The time here is about 12 hours faster than the US, so when you’re awake, I am sleeping and vice versa.) However, I usually answer you within 12 hours. I am committed to prompt and friendly responses to all your questions and requests.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If for any reason you are unhappy with my creation, I am happy to accept a return within 10 days of your receipt of the item. Please let me know before you mail it back. I will issue an exchange or refund, minus any shipping/handling fees. (Please note that personalized orders may not be returnable.) I am NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Sometimes the Post Office loses things. In most cases I will reship packages that have gone astray ONCE but that is at my own discretion (& depends on if your items are one of a kind). I ship most of my items via Global First Class Mail. There is no way to track these packages. Insurance & tracking on your package is an extra charge you need to request BEFORE you make your purchase.
Payment
Your immediate payment is appreciated. Payment is expected within three days of making your order unless you have made other arrangements with me. Please contact me if you need help making your payment. Any order not paid for within 3 days will be canceled. If you are going to have a problem paying by then, please contact me and we might be able to work something out.

Paypal account and credit card payments are accepted.
Shipping
After the receipt of payment, most items will be shipped out usually within 7-10 business days to the address you specify during the Etsy checkout process. Custom and made to order items will usually be ready to ship within 10-30 business days. (Notice will be given if your piece will take longer to create). If you need something in a rush, please contact me and I will be happy to accommodate your wishes. Shipping charges in your order include shipping and handling costs. I will mail your item using Global First Class to most of the place. (Please note that shipping times vary by destination, but it would usually take about 1-2 weeks to the US, Europe and Australia.) The cost of shipping in my shop doesn't include insurance. If you would like to add insurance your order please let me know and I will adjust the price of your item BEFORE you buy it. I would suggest buying insurance on any order over $100.
* I combine shipping. If you buy more than one item, I'll ship them together for your convenience and money saving. Please convo me for a shipping quote before your purchase.

Please let me know if anything is wrong with your package BEFORE you leave feedback. I want you to be happy with your purchase. I want you to satisfy with your shopping experience with me. So let me try to make you happy BEFORE you leave your final verdict. I will leave feedback only after you do. This is simply because I want to encourage my customers to attempt to communicate with me before leaving a neutral or negative feedback. Good communication is a must to make any transaction perfect.

I love to create custom orders. If you find anything in my shop that you like but you are looking for a bit different, just ask! I might be able to help you. I will happily recreate items just right for you!

I am happy to fill wholesale orders. I sell in several boutiques throughout the US & Asia with great success. Please contact me for my wholesale rates.
